Nature 💠 Scale 💠 Complexity 💠 Precision
Precision is the least talked about of the four requirements.
Operationalizing regulatory obligations involves the identification of activities that will be completed to ensure compliance.
The document that you will rely during a Regulatory engagement to demonstrate compliance will only be compliant if the process that is followed to create it is compliant.
Regulator’s may initially focus on a Board minute, but they will then look for consistency with management reports, operational deliverables, action plans, risk logs etc.
