COURSE OVERVIEW NAVIGATING COMPLEXITY: DORA Dependency Mapping [NC_DORA_DM] is an applied skills course that uses real world case studies to transfer the skills to create dependency maps that comply with the requirements of DORA and achieve the standards established by FSI. LEARNING OBJECTIVE On completion of the course, you will have gained the knowledge and skills to meet the following learning objectives: > Operating Model. Identify each component that makes up an Operating Model required to provide the inventories of business functions, processes, roles and responsibilities required by Article 8, Paragraph (1) and (5). > Technology Stack. Explain the role played by the different types of system objects found in a Technology Stack for an On-line Transaction Processing (OLTP) system. > Digital Operational Resilience Act. Identify any significant developments that have taken place in the past 30 years that increases the level of dependency between Financial Entities and between Financial Entities and Technology Service Providers. TARGET AUDIENCE NAVIGATING COMPLEXITY: DORA Dependency Mapping [NC_DORA_DM] is suitable for Finance, Technology and Compliance Professionals with experience of Bank, Insurance or Asset Management Operating Models and System who want to development a Digital Compliance skillset. PRE-REQUISITES It is recommended that participants first complete NAVIGATING COMPLEXITY: Implementing DORA [NC_I_DORA], a 6-week course focused on the regulatory requirements set out in the DORA Regulation (and related Regulatory and Implement Technical Standards) before signing up to NAVIGATING COMPLEXITY: DORA Dependency Mapping.
