Compliance By Design operates a partner model with experts of all shapes and sizes, who have gained deep knowledge of a Regulatory Theme. Together, we build an Interactive Single Rulebook and Digital Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) on the Elements Change Intelligence Platform to create a Digital Centre of Excellence (COE). On completion of each SOP, we work with you to design and build best practice training courses using real world case studies and offer them to Compliance, Operations and Technology Professionals. Each course is supported by the resources in the Digital COE. We help you to develop a community for your theme. For training courses we operate a revenue share that includes a license fee for candidates to access the Digital COE. Digital SOPs are commercially available to Regulated Entities by way of license agreement. We share license fee revenue with our partners that reflects the knowledge you bring and the skills we provide. Compliance by Design does not offer services or develop software applications to automate Regulatory requirements. Our offering is the Elements Change Intelligence Platform, content to accelerator its implementation and associated managed services. We are a design and content business and earn revenue from licensing the Elements Change Intelligence Platform, content (e.g. Digital SOPs) and through the provision of training courses.
